Romina graduated with academic honors from the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University. She holds a Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university. Additionally, she has completed a Diploma in Higher Education and another Diploma in Business and Corporate Law at the Real University of the Chamber of Commerce.
With extensive experience in the field of Labor and Social Security, Romina served as a procurator for Executive and Social Coactive Processes at AFP Previsión S.A. Subsequently, she worked as a Lawyer at Provivienda S.A., the entity responsible for collecting employer contributions to the housing system in social security, representing clients in 2000 cases nationwide. Later, she served as a Senior Lawyer at a legal firm specializing in labor law and social security, representing clients in all legal aspects of their employment relationships, including individual employment contracts, hiring schemes, collective labor contracts, legal reports, dismissals, labor due diligence, and inspections by Health Management Entities. She later held the position of Senior Lawyer in the same law firm in the litigation department, representing a significant portfolio of clients in labor-related cases.
