Maria Isabel Bautista

She has advanced training in procedural and substantive law, acquired mainly at the International School of Senior Management – Postgraduate Program at Domingo Savio University, where she completed a diploma in the New Civil Procedure Code, as well as specialization programs in environmental law, adverse possession and defense of possession, nullity, voidability, rescission and termination of contracts, sanctioning proceedings, and public ethics. He has participated in national and international conferences organized by the Attorney General’s Office, the School of Judges, and the Plurinational Constitutional Court.

He currently practices in the area of litigation, specializing in civil and criminal jurisdiction. He co-sponsors judicial proceedings of national relevance for a major bank in the country and assumes technical defense in criminal proceedings, intervening in all stages: preliminary hearings, oral trials, and appeals. His representation is characterized by a strategic, results-oriented approach, complemented by effective management of proceedings before public and private entities. He completed internships at the Council of the Magistracy, where he actively contributed to the processing of cases and the drafting of judicial decisions.
